ลุ่มน้ำชี, ๒๕๕๕,  ไม้ไผ่ ลวดเหล็กและตอก ขนาด ๑๑๒ x ๓๙.๔ x ๑๖ ซม, ๑๓๕ x ๒๕ x ๑๓ ซม, ๑๐๕ x ๔๖.๓ x ๑๘ ซม, ๙๙ x ๔๐ x ๑๘ ซม, ๑๐๐ x ๒๕ x ๑๙ ซม.

Concept:  To present the fishermen’s way of life and the fishing-related culture on the Chi River in Northeast Thailand. The whole work consists of five sculptures, made of materials used for fishing tools. Each sculpture is built by combining the structure of a boat and a shape of fish in the Chi River. read more

Exhibition: Riverscapes IN FLUX

An International Eco-Cultural Art Project on the River Landscapes in Southeast Asia

The art project “Riverscapes IN FLUX”, conceptualized and organized by the Goethe-Institut in Vietnam, seeks to create a discourse on this ecological key issue in a new context.  The Goethe-Institut invited 17 young artists from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines to reflect in their work the ecological as well as socio-economic and cultural changes that the riverscapes in these countries are currently experiencing.
